Kelsey Fossenier

Patient Care and Public Relations Coordinator

Kelsey is passionate about helping people and offering superior patient care to everyone who steps foot in the clinic. Her goal is to make each person she interacts with feel heard, understood, and as comfortable as possible throughout every step of their experience. She is rarely seen without a big smile on her face, and her natural empathy and compassion extends beyond the office and into her charitable work. An avid traveler, Kelsey has also travelled to 28 countries and knows her way around a pickle ball court, or ping pong table! She is a valuable and loved member of our team.

Kyraya Sutherland

Medical Aesthetics & Injectables Coordinator

Kyraya is one of the first friendly faces to greet you upon entering Macleod Trail Plastic Surgery. Not only does Kyraya help our clients feel at home before their appointments, she also keeps the Medical Aesthetics and Injectables side of the clinic running smoothly.

As a trained aesthetician with over six years of experience in skincare and facial procedures, Kyraya brings in-depth knowledge of our medical-grade skincare lines and aesthetic treatments, making her a go-to resource for clients seeking guidance. She is dedicated to creating a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience for every patient, and serves as a trusted support for those exploring non-surgical facial rejuvenation options.

Brooke Blackmore

Administrative & Public Relations Coordinator

Brooke's smiling face greets our patients when they arrive at our Calgary plastic surgery practice. She's been an integral part of our team since 2011, and her personable, friendly nature helps puts patients at ease. Brooke wears multiple hats on a typical day at the office, including handling our social media presence online. Outside of the office, she likes spending time with her boyfriend Daryl and stays active walking, biking, camping, and skiing. She also enjoys playing with her Golden Retriever.

Yasmine Taylor

Nurse Manager

Yasmine is our most senior member or our team, with over 25 years of experience in the plastic surgery field. Her compassion combined with her extensive knowledge base gives patients peace of mind when booking and preparing for their surgeries. Yasmine also organizes the daily operations of the surgical suite, and consistently looks for ways to enhance the patient experience. She loves to see the increased confidence of women and men who undergo aesthetic surgery with Dr. Whidden, Dr. Humphreys, Dr. Byers, or Dr. Lafreniere. A proud mom of two wonderful children, Yasmine loves to explore her creative side through painting and photography.

Surgical Coordinator & Patient Finances

Jenna-May joined Macleod Trail Plastic Surgery in 2008, and she helps coordinate the surgical and financial details for Dr. Whidden, Dr. Humphreys, Dr. Byers, and Dr. Lafreniere. Patients and other team members rely on Jenna-May as a valuable resource, thanks to her extensive experience and versatility. Always up for any adventure, Jenna-May enjoys camping outdoors with her husband, Connor, and their two sons when she's not at the office.

Trista Brown

Medical Office Assistant to Dr. Whidden

Trista is the friendly voice that greets you when you call Dr. Whidden’s office. She is the first hello and often the one who keeps everything humming behind the scenes. With over 10 years of experience in plastic surgery administration, she has a talent for blending professionalism with a warm, approachable style that instantly puts patients at ease. Known for her quick humour and calm presence, she’s mastered the art of answering questions, easing nerves, and keeping schedules running tighter than a freshly tucked tummy. She’s the master of nipping scheduling chaos in the bud, lifting spirits, and keeping everything in shape, no scalpel required. When she’s not juggling calls and calendars, you’ll find her spending time with her kids, kayaking, spiking volleyballs, or chasing life’s little adventures. Usually with a smile on her face and a coffee in hand.

Patricia Berenguer

Medical Office Assistant to Dr. Humphreys

Patricia is the friendly and experienced coordinator for Dr. Humphreys, bringing over 18 years of expertise in the plastic surgery field. As the first point of contact for many of our patients, she combines professionalism with genuine compassion, ensuring each visit—from initial consultation to post-operative care—is seamless and stress-free.

Outside the clinic, Patricia is a devoted mom to three young children. Her ability to juggle the demands of a busy home life translates effortlessly into her role, where her energy, empathy, and exceptional organizational skills shine every day.

Ciara Warren

Medical Office Assistant to Dr. Byers

Ciara is the bright, smiling voice on the other end of the phone when you call Dr. Byer’s office. Her friendly personality, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, helps patients feel at ease and informed. When she isn’t at the office, you can find her outside with her two fur babies, Juni and Ryker, or hitting a bucket of balls at the driving range.

Sara is the Medical Office Administrator for Dr. Lafreniere and is often the first friendly voice patients hear when contacting the office. She takes pride in supporting patients through every step of their surgical journey—from booking consultations to coordinating surgery dates and addressing questions along the way. With her approachable nature and bubbly personality, Sara’s goal is to ensure every patient feels welcomed, supported, and at ease. Her care and compassion help create a positive, comfortable experience throughout each patient’s time at the clinic. Outside the office, Sara enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her son.
